WPLMS QUIZ, evaluate an answer based on different options of MCQ

I want to evaluate an answer based on different type of options in MCQ.
I am using WPLSM for quiz. I have a question with 6 options. The options are not incorrect. User can choose any option. Based on their answer I want to automatic evaluation. Like if they select
Option 1 they will get 0,
for option 2 it is 1,
for 3 it is 3 and so on.
How can I do this in my project. I am using “wplms learning management system” theme and WPLMS plugin

Hi. I added the questions in course but its showing question 1, question 2 instead of questions. Options are proper but question is missing. Already installed wplms 4.0

Elementor Header Dropdown Not Working

I setup an Elementor header with the WPLMS theme and for some reason it is not allowing the submenu to be viewable. Usually when you hover over the menu item, the submenu would drop down. And now I have no drop down happening.

I love this plugin! May I ask for a solution for an issue recently discovered about SEO title in the WPLMS theme course page. The title doesn’t show in both cases, using snippet variables or using clear written text. The other types of pages in the theme have no issues.
