In reply to: [Disable XML-RPC] XML-RPC server accepts POST requests only.ok thanks I’ll look into it
ok thanks Keith
ok thanks for the quick response!
Any clue as to why the ‘Reason’ field still isn’t being filled in on the ‘Allow Requests’ page? I’ve updated to v6.13.
thanks,
KurtBy the way the ‘Log Report’ does not include the ‘Allow Request’ emails/ips.
Hi Keith,
I updated the plugin to v6.13 but the ‘Reason’ field in ‘Allow Requests’ is still blank. Not just the older requests but a new request came in this morning and it’s still not indicating the reason.Hi Keith, just to follow up, installing v6.13 did fix the ability to uncheck the Ubiquity-Nobis checkbox.
thanks,
Kurtthanks a lot Keith for your quick response. I will install this Beta version and see if it fixed that.
best,
KurtI”m using it because our client website is using it and I’m trying to work with what was already created. The client is the one asking me how to reorder. I had to delete all the FAQ posts and reenter them to show up the way they wanted. Why do you have a Re-Order functionality that does not work? And I see no mention of this functionality when other people post about the same issue? I’ve used 100s plugins in projects and rarely take the time to rate them and see poor ratings all the time. No need to take it personally. With 7000+ users you shouldn’t worry about my 1 star rating. But it’s better someone knows this limitation before investing time into setting it up.

In reply to: [Master Accordion ( Former WP Awesome FAQ Plugin )] Ordering FAQ postsThe latest version of the plugin has a Re-Order option in the Admin. But it doesn’t work!! very frustrating.
ok I reactivated the plugin on our development site:
https://23.23.97.41:8080/csl-plasma-warmly-welcomes-visits-from-patients-family-members-raises-funds-for-idf/I could have swore it was showing up above the Submit button before, not sure why it’s above the Comment section now? Anyways, I can comment without checking the box.
Thanks for looking at it.best,
