Just figured it out. It’s cloudflare making disallowed to x-robot tag i don’t know this happened but i just tried to disabling cloudflare and it solves my problem. I hope this helps to some others who are facing the same issue.

I have the same issue not exactly but my posts are also disallowed indexing by robots. I just figured this out that the cloudflare is making those disallowed tag from robots preventing my posts to be indexed. If you’re using cloudflare try disabling it.

I can give you details for my account so you can check my settings. This is only happening on my site’s posts. Homepage, pages and categories are all fine. I even temporarily change my site’s theme and it still doesn’t resolve the issue. that disallowed tag will only be removed if the plugin is deactivated.

Yes you cannot see a ‘noindex’ tag in the code, but according to SEO powersuite’s Website Auditor my posts are disallowed by X-robots preventing my posts to be indexed. I don’t know why this is happening but when i deactivate the plugin the disallowed tag from x-robots are gone. Please see the screenshot form the website auditor.

Yes it is just bought the premium version but these feature is useless because “show just once per user” feature is not saving

I also bought the plugin and experiencing the exact same problem like Jitske. The reason i go Premium is for these features co’z i don’t want my users to be annoyed by the popup coming out every single page.

My “From Email” is set to {admin_email} and i tried putting my own email directly too and both didn’t work. I didn’t try setting up smptp and sendgrid though, i think it’s a lot of work compared to just changing a plugin. I tried installing other contact forms plugin and they all work.

I tried installing wpforms to my other wordpress sites and it works without any problem.

I have the exact same problem with Tom. Installed the WPforms created a form tried to send a test message using the form and no email received on my end. How can i fix this issue? i believe my wpmail is not the problem because i tried another contact form plugins and it worked flawlessly.
