If you see just a ‘Blank page’, it may be a JavaScript problem.
1. No JavaScript execution allowed on your browser.
2. There are some incompatibility with JavaScripts I using with the browser you using.

Sorry but, There is no simple “text” type input now, but the text area can be configured as “1 line text area”.

I’ve added ‘Duplicate Post’ plugin support to 2.8.0 of Questionnaire.
You can duplicate Questionnaire with preserved the answer list by using ‘Duplicate Post’ plugin.

You mean this (“Duplicate Post”) kind of behavior plus all answers retained?
I think it may possible to implement in my plugin, I will enqueue your suggestion to my todo list.

Do you mean,

1. A visitor answers to a questionnaire.
2. He/she copy the answer.
3. He/she paste the answer into another questionnaire form.
(“another questionnaire form” may be on another wordpress site)
