I had checked a few requirements with tanzaku thema, and my jQuery version(1.10.2)
there are no problem.
I dont knonw more why

can u test with tanzaku thema?
I use here taoling.de, but with lightbox 2 better, but Gallery working not yet.
SLB working totally not.

simple lightbox no works on default thema by wp3.8.
is still not working.

by wp 3.7 was ok
