I have updated the plugin again with the latest version. But the problem is still there. The error message still shows up in the wordpress admin area.

I did that as well. But even the new code is not getting rid of the message. I have checked my footer.php and the tag has always been there. It seems like there is something in the plugin code which is causing this.

Actually no.. I am sorry, the error message came back again. It looks like the code replacement didn’t help ??

I took the raw version of the code and replaced the original “wp-content/plugins/shortcodes-ultimate/inc/core/class.requirements.php” file with that and now the problem seems to have resolved.

I fixed it myself.
Well, actually I found a work around.
W3TotalCache isn’t taking “custom folders” for images in account even though there is an option to include custom folders.
When I moved the files into one of the “upload” folders within wp-content, the URL began to work.
Seems like a bug in the plugin.
