I’ve just understood your advise.

After I set my own login page as the UM login page, it shows UM password reset URL as “Lost password?” link in the error message of incorrect password.

So I understand now that when I want two or more login pages by UM, I need the above additional code to my function.php.

Just information.

I find the lost password link of incorrect password in the “Login” page that generated by Ultimate Member (slug=”login”) is the password reset page (slug=”password-reset”).

So, another solution is I continue use only UM login page.

Other page that uses the same form as UM login page, the lost password link of incorrect password is WP’s lostpassword link.

Thank you for your reply. It works!
I’ve added your code to the child theme’s functions.php file. Then, the “Lost Password?” link in the incorrect password message became the UM password reset page.

The same thing happens when I try to log in to my blog.
