ok i have to answer my self with not real solution…
1. needed Roles and Capabilities plugin
2. change add_menu_page to 7
3. Users->Capability Manager and check > Manage options
this will add also “settings” to Editors navigation :/ which we DONT want but this is solution that i have for now :/
