Same topic: I would like to import a staff list from XLS, CSV or similar formats. Is this possible?

After further testing: The error occurs, when you do not select any Category in the conditions.
So a condition saying “send a mail for every post I publish” seems to be not possible.
Maybe this can be fixed in a future release?
