There is no such problem in this plugin, it’s affected by your theme or other plugins, please try to install this plugin on clean WordPress and you will see, that everything is working.

You have to search for problem in your theme or other plugins affecting admin bar.

I believe it’s problem with your CSS or another activated plugin. On webpage everything interact with everything. I install this plugin on every webpage I created and it’s working everywhere, so this is only logical reason.

Yes you can create staging site and I can take a quick look, but as I can see in https://www.SeattleWeb.Design there is some custom scrollbar and that’s scrolling script – you can’t combine scrolling scripts, so you can’t install my plugin and this plugin/theme scrollbar.

Some browsers has their own smooth scolling function – Safari and IE and Firefox – so there is plugin inactive. ( Btw there is no more IE, but Edge )

That’s good idea, but it’s point of view, because if I’ll combine them, than you will be not able to dequeue one of scripts, if there is already from another plugin…
Or maybe I can add some checkboxes in admin to decide what to include and what not… we’ll see, maybe in next version ??

Try to disable all other plugins and let me know if it works ??
Because I’m almost sure that it’s conflict with some other plugin

I’ve tried older version of Firefox as well as newest version and everything is working for me. Can you provide your web URL or more information?
Also, try to update ?? There is new and different JS library used in my plugin

Are you using latest version?
Maybe it’s blocked be another your plugin, because that’s nothing else than CSS transition, so there is no reason, why it shouldn’t work
