The change didn’t work in the old Safari, but I’ll test it tomorrow on a MAC with a new Safari. Thanks again! What brought about the change is that Firefox is now somehow smoother and the navigation no longer appears! Great – such a coincidence! Excellent!

Oh, it should work now – I also deactivated all plugins.

Hi, I have deactivated maintenance mode. And it looks like it works in the admin area. Unfortunately, I can only test it with an old version of Safari that just runs on the PC.

Yes, I am super grateful that you are trying so hard for the MetaSlider.
I found a good way with hiding the whole header on pages. Unfortunately, I don’t know very much about targeted caching tools and methods. But I can still manage that, hopefully. I have to take care of the navigation bar that is not hidden correctly later.

One bad thing just showed up, I just stumbled across the fact that the slideshow is not displayed on Safari : ( …

I tried to do the “.home” thing and it also makes sense to me but it did not help. Please take a look at the “home page” and then a page from the menu /blog/ for example. I can’t understand it.

I think I put it wrong, everything is okay on the start page, only when I select a page from the menu the slider disappears. Nevertheless thanks for your tip, that helps a little for understanding.
