Hi?@kowsar89?,
I am using the preload with schedule being the same as cache lifespan. However, the number of pages my sites is very small (less than 20) and the traffic is very small as well, no more than 500-700 visits per day.
I was wondering if the GZIP compression and maybe elementor have also smth to do with the eevated load some of us experienced, but I am really guessing. Anyhow, so far so good.
Thanks a lot for reaching back.
Good morning and apologies for the delayed response as I had to get some night sleep. Here’s the info:
Αρχιτεκτονικ? διακομιστ?: Linux 3.10.0-1160.66.1.el7.x86_64 x86_64

PHP max input variables: 1000
PHP time limit: 30
PHP memory limit: 512M
Max input time: 60
Upload max filesize: 20M
PHP post max size: 30M
?κδοση cURL: 8.1.2 OpenSSL/1.1.1uThe issue seems to have been fixed now for both my sites:
Petawawa Pizzeria | Mediterranean Food | Broaster Chicken
Δ?κτυο Κοινωνικ?? Αλληλεγγ?η? – Συν-?παρξη (syn-yparxi.gr)
Once the hosting provider gave me back local access, I was able to do the following:
- Restore from a back-up
- Disable wp-optimizer which was at an older version
- Update wp-optimizer to the latest version
- Enable wp-optimizer
What is interesting is the fact that I have another site where the plugin is also installed; however, after the update it did not cause an issue. It sits on the same server so the environment is similar. The key difference, perhaps, is that the two sites that experienced the elevated server load after the update run elementor. I am not sure whether this is a coincidence or not.
It is the free version of the plugin.
Regarding testing a new version of the module, the issue is fixed now after following the steps above.
Regards

Same problem here. My host provider has disable access to two of my sites, so far and counting, due to server load after updating to the latest version. I am trying to get them to give me back acccess to disable the plugin.

In reply to: [Botiga] supportWell, last week I submitted four tickets, all of which were ignored. Perhaps the ticket system is not working.

In reply to: [Sydney] Problems after Pro update to 3.1.14Interestingly, I submitted four tickets overall, all of which were NEVER answered. It seems that athemes simply do not respond to tickets for pro users, which is rather disappointing. If the ticket system is not working, then it should be ameliorated as, I am sure, I am not they only pro user in need of assistance after an update. In any case, I will follow-up with an email to athemes. Thank you for the response.
