i want the plugin captures the abandonded cart of the users who left the checkout page.

i don’t want the plugin captures the cart who palces te order but it’s status is on hold.

How can i do this ?

thanks for ur reply. yes i know that setting. i’m talking about capturing. i need the plugin to capture the details just someone didn’t click the checkout button in 15 minutes. not an order which is completed but the status is pending, on gold, processing.. thanks
