Thanks for the response. So I disabled all plugins and ran at theme twentyone.

I created a new website with no plugin at all and the problem persist . So the only way Text Area Appear to member or user is when it has been edited and saved by user , thus default Text Area do not show to user.

Content block cannot be edited by user or member even if set to edit mode only

Before you respond , try to do this and only if it works then respond otherwise there is an issue and we all trying to build a better product so do not take offence if something do not work.Its an honour and we trust such folks

Can you give more clarity and may help you as… You can add on user profile and from backend , you change the field or form to edit only …add whatever is specific to that user – save – update and change to view only …This works with Text Area only but it dont show intially until edited and shows only to that user.
