Once I installed the plugin and noticed the issue, I disabled all other plugins to see if any of them affect the Post Expirator. The issue still occurs with all plugins disabled.

Yes I did. Nothing happened ?? I also tried with them 1 min. interval on another instance – same – no result.

I checked the diagnostics:

Also I have green OK on the cron in the Post Expirator’s options. But it appears not to be able to send posts to drafts anyway.

I disabled all plugins but yours and it’s clear it’s not plugin but theme related issue.

Unfortunately using post IDs’ exclusion is not a perfect solution: IDs change as new posts appear automatically = needs changing IDs in APL cfg each time news will be updated = extra work and not handy.

I often publish long articles that are easier to read if they are split into subpages. I often use WP code to divite pages into parts: <!–nextpage–>
I tried to create a custom shortcode (ie. [next] ) with your plugin that would generate <!-nextpage–> in place of it but it didn’t work out.

I experience a bit different issue with WordPress SEO From Yoast vs. Tabify Edit Screen – SEO Yoast doe snot appear on the elements’ list under Tabify Edit Screen’s setting page – I cannot assign it to a new tab. Then if I leave it as is, the SEO options appear under all tabs.

Any hint how to fix that?

it would be great if there was an optional dropdown menu with fixed upload folders’ list (created in prior of use manually or via the plugin). For instance it would be possible to chose a folder while adding some specific files I wish I uploaded to a different than default folder.

Regarding URL redirecting, maybe it’s a good idea to create that option in 2 ways:

1. option of a default redirection URL set in the CS option for all posts

2. option to set a custom redirect URL under their expiration date/time set at posts individually. This URL would override the common URL set in CS options. Is the file is left blank, the common URL set in the CS options applies.

IMHO a bit more flexible way to manage redirecting. What about that?

I also suggest there was an easier way (set at CS options) to manage notification messages upon expiration as it is quite difficult to dig through CS php code in send-notifications.php file. In addition, once the plugin is updated, my changes to notification text will be lost…
