Okay. Thank you! It seems that hosts might be forcing some other plugins to run with a lower php even though it’s set to a higher one (I’m getting a message that says as much for another one).

I’ll check with them.

Do you have to add it for each button? I’ve tried adding specific CSS for the widget for the plugin and they aren’t changing.

OR, can I see it in action somewhere?

But, if I am in there, I can’t change the colors of the buttons, can I? Or the size? (The round ones).

I’m using Firefox…no blocking of ads, but I switched to chrome and it worked. Ugh, hate it when I don’t think to try something like that.

Thanks..I reset it and they are still greyed out. I can see they reset, because they are back to the squares with the heading, and I had them as circles..but I can’t edit them.

Are there any specific permissions that one of the files should have for the plugin that maybe got changed? It’s very strange I can’t change anything, but the plugin is still “working.”

If you remember how you did this/what you did, would you share here, please?

I am using Thesis 1.8. I wasn’t having any problems until I updated. I honestly don’t know if I was having issues with all of the 2.X… I don’t think I was, but once I updated to the most recently, the lightbox wasn’t loading.

I don’t see any lightbox options in my theme, either.

I’m happy to update if you could possibly give me an ideal time as I don’t want to leave it opening in a new window for an extended period of time as it looks terrible.

Hi @photocrati (Cais). I did submit a bug report. I noticed this problem with 2.0.33, but when I tried to revert back, I had to go all the way back to 1.9.X (I can’t recall), to get the lightbox to work.

I changed the permalinks, I turned off all plugins, etc, and wasn’t able to resolve the issue any other way.

I reverted back to version 1.9.x. The one right before 2.0 and got it working again. I posted on another thread saying that worked. It had directions for going back to a previous version.

Last update. Went back to 1.9.13 and the lightbox is working again.

I went back to 2.0.11 and it’s still not working for me, either!
