That’s helpful, but not exactly getting at the core issue. It appears as though all my stats are not being recorded properly.

Here’s a good example: My stats page shows that I only have 10 comments when I have over 10 comments on this post alone: https://krystalcooks.com/2013/05/09/weeeee-garlic-chopper-giveaway-garlic-bread/#comments

Well my site is self-hosted, so I thought maybe I should post it here. But I’ll put it over on .com and/or try the jetpack forums.
