Seems to be working okay… the only change I can think of is that FireFox is now at version 31.0. There was a couple of minor updates to WordPress that might have contributed but I am just not sure.

still NOT working with FireFox 30.0

From your WP DashBoard goto Plugins -> Add New -> Upload

I use the plugin “Easy Theme and Plugin Upgrades” which lets me upgrade/downgrade things while preserving my settings but this might not be necessary in your case.

I was having issues with some SliderVilla sliders that pointed bact to the Social sharing Toolkit plugin. As per SimmoSays I downgraded to 2.1.4 and the problem is gone. Many thanks.

All my client’s sites are now showing the FB share button. Came back without me changing anything at my end which leads me to think it was a FB issue as myownalias assumed at the start of this thread.

Firefox = no
Opera = no
Camino = no
SeaMonkey = no

Chrome = yes
Safari = yes

Thanks for the tip! I was able to figure out how the results drop down looks. You can see what I ended up with HERE.

My question was related to how to change the actual appearance of the search box where you type in your search. I am guessing Dave’s WP Live Search plugin does NOT touch that aspect of the search function.

The author of my theme package, Weaver II Pro indicates this is NOT trivial.

“The Search Box is not trivial to style, and is generated by the theme’s search.php file. You would have to create a child theme, and modify that file and associated CSS to get a different look.”
