Try putting this in the Custom css for whatever element your title is in h1, p, etc.
h1 or substitute whatever tag is used for the title:hover {
color:enter color;
}

Since I paid for a premium version there are some hard feeling! Refund the price of my premium plan and I will do as you suggest.
