Yes thanks, I am able to hit this url and a create new metric page is available
In regards to your second question “Secondly, under Player Metrics in the config, are you saying the blue Add New button is greyed out?
/wp-admin/admin.php?page=sportspress-config”
No it does not show at all only the edit buttons are available.

Why would issue occur if I am able to hit the “/wp-admin/post-new.php?post_type=sp_metric” Url?
