You can add as many as you want I feel but I would like to say that adding too many tags will never work. Add proper tags so that it will categorize your data and will be helpful to users when they’ll click on a particular tag ??

Go to Settings > Discussion > Remove tick from “Allow link notifications from other blogs (pingbacks and trackbacks) “. This will disable pingbacks.

Is your hosts MySql server alright? Have you tried contacting them about their mysql server?

It seems there is a syntax error and it shows that there might be something extra in the code of the PHP file which is not compatible now.
