In reply to: [Responsive Menu - Create Mobile-Friendly Menu] Hide Menu when scrollingYou are always welcome Gary.
Hi Slier,
The issue you mentioned above came out as a bug. Thank you for detecting this. We will try to remove it in the next update.
Kind Regards,
KritiHi Tompol,
Hope you are having a great day!
The issue you just mentioned above looks like a server error. I found a thread with a similar issue on the stackoverflow.com. Here is the link to that thread: https://stackoverflow.com/questions/35588699/response-to-preflight-request-doesnt-pass-access-control-check
Hope you find the solution in the above thread. Meanwhile, if you have recorded only a few surveys/questions using the plugin. I suggest you to try deleting the plugin and installing a fresh copy of the plugin. This might help you with the problem.
Kind Regards,

In reply to: [Quiz and Survey Master (QSM) - Easy Quiz and Survey Maker] Bulk AnswersHello Micah,
Hope you are having a great day!
Sorry to say, but you will have to manually add each answer one by one into the quiz.
Kind regards,
Kriti SharmaHi Rita,
Yes you are right, user can take the quiz as many times as he wants to after refreshing the page. You just need to do enable an option to stop thing to happen,
Go to Quiz and survey master settings -> Options tab -> Enable ‘Show RETAKE QUIZ button on result page’. This way the plugin checks for how many times the user can take this quiz.
You can also enable ‘Should the user be required to be logged in to take this quiz?’ for the users. This way only a logged-in user can submit his quiz.
Hope you found this helpful.
Kind regards,

Hope you are having a great day!
The functionality you mentioned in the query is available in the pro version of the plugin. In the Responsive menu settings -> Container -> Keyboard Shortcuts.
These keyboard shortcuts allow you to open and close the responsive menu when certain keys are pressed. It also has the functionality of closing the menu when a user starts scrolling down the page.
The pro version of this plugin has lots of options you can use as per your requirements. It also has a trial period of 14 days, if you don’t like the plugin we will refund you the amount within a trial period of 14 days.
Feel free to reach out to us if you need further assistance.
Kind regards,
KritiHello Slier,
The issue you just mentioned needs an in-depth look. Please give us some time to have a detailed look. We will get back to you as soon as we have some resolution to the problem.
Kind Regards,
Kriti SharmaHi Slier,
Hope you are doing well!
Can you please explain the problem in detail you are experiencing right now. Actually I used the Question type: dropdown to create a new question and then I also provided the required options from which user can select his answer. Everything is working pretty fine.
I also used the required dropdown field in the advanced settings of the question settings. But I am not able to replicate the issue. Can you please explain what I am doing wrong to replicate the issue.
Regards,
Kriti
