Can you try recreate the plugin in the Troubleshooting tab, then connect your page again? And if the reviews not downloaded, send your webserver error log?

We can not see what is the problem, because you have not done anything in the plugin yet based on your troubleshooting info. You have to connect your page.

	PRIMARY KEY (id)
);

Is the table created? If not what error your MySQL shows?
