    Thank you for clarifying about MailPoet! ??

    I so appreciate your help. Would really like to figure this out and get it functioning properly…

    What do you mean it’s working for you now? You were able to successfully sign up for my mailing list? I’m still getting an error message…

    How can I tell if caching is showing in the old version?

    Thanks Brandon – that did not work either. Is there something I’m missing?

    What else might be the issue here?

    Do I have to be connected to MailPoet as well?

    I’m really at a loss here….

    Thank you for your patience and help!

    Hi Brandon! Thanks for your response! I tried both, neither worked.. below is the original code from Mailchimp. Do I need to have MailPoet connected to it?

    <!– Begin MailChimp Signup Form –>
    <link href=”//cdn-images.mailchimp.com/embedcode/classic-081711.css” rel=”stylesheet” type=”text/css”>
    <style type=”text/css”>
    #mc_embed_signup{background:#fff; clear:left; font:14px Helvetica,Arial,sans-serif; }
    /* Add your own MailChimp form style overrides in your site stylesheet or in this style block.
    We recommend moving this block and the preceding CSS link to the HEAD of your HTML file. */
    </style>
    <div id=”mc_embed_signup”>
    <form action=”//kristysimchick.us5.list-manage.com/subscribe/post?u=8b535531c7&id=690adf34e9″ method=”post” id=”mc-embedded-subscribe-form” name=”mc-embedded-subscribe-form” class=”validate” target=”_blank” novalidate>

    Thank you so so much for all of your help! I triple checked everything and didn’t touch the margin styling.

    This is now it is entered in now and it’s still to the left. :/ Is there something I’m missing? I don’t know what a selector is.

    }
    .site-title a {
    text-decoration: none;
    }
    .site-intro .avatar {background:url(“https://www.kristysimchick.com/wp-content/uploads/2014/02/gravatar.jpg&#8221;)
    }`
    margin-left:auto;
    margin-right:auto;
    }

    OK – I got my picture in yay! but the circle became left aligned when I did. How can I change back to center?

    This is the code I have

    }
    .site-title a {
    text-decoration: none;
    }
    .site-intro .avatar {background:url(“https://www.kristysimchick.com/wp-content/uploads/2014/02/gravatar.jpg&#8221;)
    }
    margin: 0 auto;
    -webkit-transition: all ease 0.4s;
    -moz-transition: all ease 0.4s;
    -o-transition: all ease 0.4s;
    transition: all ease 0.4s;
    }

    Hi Guys! Thank you SO much for your quick response.

    For the code I would need for the gravitar – do I enter that in under editor? This is what exists there.

    .site-intro .avatar {
    width: 128px;
    height: auto;

    Is this what I change it to?

    .site-intro .avatar {
    background:url(“URL GOES HERE”)
    }`
    width: 128px;
    height: auto;

    Also – do I make the image round or does it automatically just stay that way?

    The child theme is WAAAY over my head. I get the concept, but need someone to sit down and explain that kind of stuff to me. :/

    Many many thanks! LOVE the theme. ??

    Hi Jo – I can’t help you but am using the same theme for my yoga/wellness blog. Would be awesome if we could maybe do a guest post for each other sometime. Check my site out at kristysimchick.com

    Warm regards,
    Kristy

    Awesome – that worked thank you!!!

    It’s not working and is just showing the link on the post. Perhaps because I’m putting it in Post instead of Page? But I want it to be embedded in a blog post and not a page. :/ Any other troubleshooting ideas?

    Many thanks,
    Kristy
