Yes Patrick I did resolve the issue. 100% operator error. I had turned off database storage. Once I corrected that it started working correctly.
I still wish I could find someway for each submission to be mailed to my cousin. She does get an email showing a submission has occurred but no details. She is doing a t-shirt order for a big event. Form is not a shopping cart, just a pre-order, in other words no money is involved. My cousin is not very tech savvy, could maybe handle one order but is lost with once a day report being mailed to her. But that is a completely different issue….LOL
