@esmi: I am using the Lynette Theme from Blue Chic. I bought and downloaded it directly from them. I am not using a plugin to generate a mobile friendly version of my site.
I can upload smaller images directly via the WordPress Media Gallery and those photos are not having this same error. Only the ones uploaded from server. Thanks for the help.
