I think, I have fixed the issue with the following piece of code in my theme setup function:

if(strpos($_SERVER['QUERY_STRING'],'repeat=w3tc')!==false){
 $uri = explode('?',$_SERVER['REQUEST_URI']);
 wp_redirect(home_url($uri[0]), 301);
 exit;
}

I have the same problem. Is there a solution?

My URLs are:
https://www.pocketnavigation.de for my first multisite blog (only 1 blog is active currently) and https://www.pocketnavigation.de for the backend. If I dump the $_SERVER var, then I see, that $_SERVER[‘SERVER_NAME’] has the value “pocketnavigation.de” in both cases. In contrast to this the var $_SERVER[‘HTTP_HOST’] has the value “www.pocketnavigation.de” in both cases.

Do you need more information?
