Thank you for your response. We are using WP Rocket plugin for page caching. It has default function that it will not caching pages like check out, cart and my account pages. And our website is not associate with cloud fare.

No we don’t reduce the regular price. we keep it regular price and mention the reduced price in sales price box. duplicate orders happens only when lot of customers accessing the website at the same time. I ordered products in cash on delivery method. not faced the issue. it works perfectly. but the problem happens when the traffic increase.

Thank you for your reply. We did not use any plugins for flash sale. We just reduce the regular price in the week ends. So it will get attention to the customers. yes.. when we put sale, customers access website more than regular, we are facing this issue. you can see it in the second screenshot. on August 30th we received multiple duplicate orders. we use different gateways like paypal and stripe. But that is not the issue it seems (for ref: screenshot). both the payments from different gateways.
