I’ve ran into this issue a lot with a few sites and I don’t know why or what’s causing it.

Actually, it’s not a LifterLMS as I tried other themes and this issue only occurs when Ocean is activated.

Having the same issue, every time I update this plugin the site is stuck on maintenance mode.
