Fair well, from the discussion it seems that the shared hosting is causing the issue. I will check with BlueHost now, thanks.
This is happening with all my sites hosted on this server, so I will check with them.
Which tool do you use to check this?
It is true for all the post URL’s. Webmaster also reports them.

One option is you can update manually.
For me, it just doesn’t work. I almost gave up on this thing. It cannot even create a sitemap on my site krinalmehta.com
