I have the same issue on several other sites.

GO to settings and remove su_ from the prefix

Same here,

pressing the insert shortcode button does nothing when I try to insert the posts shortcode.

everything is OK, don’t panic.
If your shortcode looks something like
[custom_gallery width=”180″ height=”100″]

Only thing You should do is to add su_ bedore custom…
example: [su_custom_gallery width=”180″ height=”100″]

Otherwise, this plugin is great and highly customizable, one of my favourites.
