Did you cloak your wp-admin portal? I attempted to access it through https://www.freezpen.com/wp-admin, but got a 404 error.
It looks like you have Google analytics installed: “<script type=”text/javascript” charset=”utf-8″ async=”” data-requirecontext=”_” data-requiremodule=”//www.google-analytics.com/analytics.js” src=”//www.google-analytics.com/analytics.js”></script>”
See if you can log onto that page and use it to retrieve your email. In many cases the admin will use the same address for both WP and GA.
