I have over write the file in the theme in the demo so you can do that same very easily.

The hook is not there as there are many places where the custom field can be displayed so it will be good and easy if the developer set it where it is needed.

The plugin will support only Dokan. I totally understand your concern about supporting WooCommerce but that will be another plugin to support.
