@herculesdesign – Pease do not piggy back the tickets of others with different issues. Please start your own ticket. And I am going to need WAY more information than this, as I am not able to recrate the issue. In fact, I’m probably going to need a copy of your theme to see if it happens on my side. It’ll save a lot of time and trouble.

@gorg81 – If you get a few minutes to spare, here is 4.5.0.5 beta, which makes the entire panel ‘clickable.’

Unfortunately, I am not experiencing that behavior, although “I go back and click on another time” is pretty vague. Specific steps would have been helpful. I will need a copy of your theme to review for the issue you are reporting. Are you able to provide that? If not, I will need to speak directly with the theme author.

The issue has been reported and answered several times. Please download the latest beta, v4.5.0.4 and report back if the issue is resolved. As far as when that version is officially released? When enough people tests it and I’m happy it won’t blow up. Maybe next week if all is well.

@gorg81 – Yeah, I see that too. It looks like it’s in the CSS. The WordPress panels have that button control extended over the entire panel. Redux’s doesn’t. Easy fix. I’ll add it before doing a release.

I pushed v4.5.0.4 beta just now. It contains code that supports the old and new customizer HTML. Please see if your issue is resolved and let me know.

It contains code that supports the new <button> based customizer HTML and the <span> version in previous versions of WordPress. Please let me know if it works with your theme.

It’s because WordPress 6.7 changed the HTML in the customizer. It’s NOT changes we made. And we’re working on it. Please be patient. Thank you.

Regardless, I repeat myself: Contact the theme author. If they believe the issue is with Redux, they can contact us with the supporting data and we’ll work with them. We do not directly support themes that use Redux. We don’t have access to the themes.

Sir, that tells me nothing. I’m sure the site is not literally destroyed. If you want our help, you’ll need to be WAY more specific. Also, try clearing your cache to ensure the old JavaScript is not loading.

I’m not sure what a ‘theme editor’ is. Redux is an options framework. It doesn’t edit a theme at all. It sets options. Since iBid is a premium theme I do not have access to, your best course of action is to contact the theme author and report this to them. As we are a developer’s product and not a consumer product, if the theme author discovers an issue with Redux, he can report it to us with the supporting data, and we’ll work with them to solve it. They are the only ones who can grant us access to their theme.

A better idea would be to try the v4.5.0.3 beta with the Customizer fix…and starting a new ticket instead of piggybacking someone else’s with an unrelated issue as I usually will not see it after the ticket is closed.

WordPress changed some HTML in the customizer sections. Rolling back will not fix that.
