We have been able to get some of the product pages back to grid view and some are still not. We checked back with the original contract and premium support was not included. If one page is able to get back to grid view and another isn’t, any ideas / hypothesis about what to look at? Originally we thought it was the theme but the theme is consistent across all product pages. Anything hints are helpful!
