Not exactly. You can display USPS Priority Mail Flat Rate in the free version. However, if you have more services checked (or disabled the services’ custom settings), all the available services will be displayed at checkout if the weight matches their range — not only Priority Mail Flat Rate

USPS service is calculated real-time based on the products’ weight, shop location and delivery destination, so unfortunately all enabled services within this weight range will be displayed.

However, it is possible to set up custom boxes in USPS Live Rates PRO but since it is not a free plugin, if you have more questions about its functions, please contact us by submitting a ticket here.

In your USPS Live Rates settings, do you have insurance/commercial pricing enabled?

Do you have any discount rates assigned to your USPS account? Currently, with the use of our plugin, you can decide whether to use USPS Commercial Pricing (if available) or standard rates. But unfortunately, it is not possible to display discounted rates in the free version.

Hello @mar1os,

Please verify if the theme used on site is up-to-date.

To troubleshoot it further, please install and enable Storefront. Storefront Theme can be installed from the admin panel: Appearance> Themes> Add New — and activate only WooCommerce plugin and Flexible Shipping plugin to check if the notice is still displayed.
