It’s the second one.
Our plugin provides the rates based on weight and dimensions, but if a product doesn’t have them entered, it won’t return the rates.

All products have to have dimensions and weight assigned to get USPS rates. It is not possible to ignore a certain product, unfortunately.
You can use the fallback option for such products, however, please note it will be displayed every time there are no USPS rates available and not only for this product.

The issue you are experiencing is most likely related to your checkout/theme settings, not the plugin itself. It also might be a caching issue.
Please check if the issue persists on Storefront theme. If yes, verify the checkout settings.

We’re currently working on the update for the plugin. It will introduce the updated Royal Mail pricing.
I’ll keep you posted on when it will be available.As for the overall display of those rates, please refer to services and packages available in Royal Mail services guide.

If you encountered issues with obtaining the key after using the second option, please make sure you have your account number entered, and payment method added.
If both are entered, please contact the UPS support to generate a new key.
