It appears to me that Pingdom is incorrect. You could contact Pingdom support and ask them for clarification.
Could you please share a screenshot of the “Error: Maximum (20) redirects followed” message?
Could you kindly provide the following information:
Which Operating System/Server architecture are you using? What version of PHP is installed? What is your web server (e.g., Apache, NginX, etc.)? You can find these information in the screenshot provided here, screenshot: https://prnt.sc/aumv3wJPUcOA
I’ll initiate an investigation as soon as the necessary details are provided. Thank you.

Please update WP-Optimize to the latest version (v3.2.17) and perform a recheck on the issue. If the problem continues to persist, please let us know. Thank you.
Thank you for sharing your findings; I’ll take note of this to discuss with the development team.
@ads97129 Based on the error log you provided, the issue originates from line 175 in the file “class-updraft-smush-manager-commands.php”. This line contains the following sentence:
Since your compression statistics were last reset, a total of %d image(s) were compressed on this site, saving approximately %s of space at an average of %02d percent per image.
Have you, by any chance, translated this sentence to French? If so, please check if you translated it correctly. Additionally, switch back to the English language temporarily and check if the issue persists. Thank you.
Based on your website’s appearance, it’s unclear whether server caching or other factors like themes and plugins are causing the issue. Sometimes, simply activating or deactivating a plugin can also clear the cache.
If the problem is related to server caching, I cannot provide assistance in that area. In such cases, if you don’t have enough control over your server, you might want to consider switching to a different hosting provider.
Additionally, if you have server caching enabled, I advise disabling the caching feature of WP-Optimize to avoid any potential conflicts. Using two caching solutions simultaneously is generally not recommended. Moreover, you can try temporarily disabling the “Process HTML/CSS/JavaScript” feature to check if it is causing the issue, refer to this screenshot for assistance: https://prnt.sc/hH5V4d639AkD
Thank you.It appears that your site has gzip enabled. Here’s a screenshot for reference: https://prnt.sc/ZFs3tJAK7GpQ.
You can also verify gzip compression using other tools such as: https://www.giftofspeed.com/gzip-test/.
Regarding the EWWW Image Optimizer, I cannot confirm if WP-Optimize interferes with any 3rd-party plugins without conducting proper compatibility testing. Given the vast number of plugins available, testing them all would be impractical.
However, as a general precaution, if two plugins share a similar feature, I recommend disabling that feature in one of the plugins and utilizing the other plugin for that specific function. This approach should help you avoid potential conflicts between the plugins. I hope this clarifies your query.
With that being said, if you encounter any conflicts between WP-Optimize and other plugins, please don’t hesitate to create a new support topic. We’ll be glad to assist you. Thank you.
@slupu Would you mind sharing the URL of your website? We would like to check a few things. Thank you.
@oknewclient Could you kindly confirm if you have server-side caching enabled? If so, please clear those caches while WP-Optimize caching is disabled. After doing this, check if the issue still persists.
I want to confirm a few things, please assist me with the following:
1. It appears that the error log you’ve provided is from the local environment. Could you kindly share the error log from the live site instead?
2. Is your website in English, or has it been translated into another language?
Thanks
@oknewclient Could you please try disabling the page cache temporarily in WP-Optimize and see if the issue still persists?

@oknewclient Could you please provide a product link for which the price varies between the frontend and backend? Additionally, could you share a screenshot of that product’s price in the backend? Thanks.
Due to LearnDash being a premium plugin that I currently don’t have access to, I couldn’t verify the list of tables you provided. Nonetheless, I appreciate your suggestion and have taken note of it for future review. If any questions arise, we’ll get back to you. Thank you.

Hi @thargor ,
Apologies for the delay in response.
After investigating the issue, we found that there should be no problem if you haven’t used any other compression plugins before using WP-Optimize.
However, the issue occurs when you have previously compressed your images with another plugin before using WP-Optimize. In this case, WP-Optimize recognizes these images as “already compressed by another plugin” and does not display them in the “Uncompressed images” section. This behavior is intentional to prevent double compression.
Currently, the “Mark all images as uncompressed” button only uncompresses images compressed by WP-Optimize, but not those compressed by other plugins. If we were to modify it to uncompress all images, including those compressed by the XYZ compression plugin, it could potentially cause issues. For example, if users later switch back to using the XYZ plugin, they could question why images compressed by XYZ or any other plugin are being uncompressed by WP-Optimize. This would imply that WP-Optimize is interfering with the work of other plugins, creating confusion and unnecessary complexities. So, we don’t want to go that way.
In my opinion, the logical approach would be to use the original plugin that compressed the images (in this case, the XYZ plugin) to uncompress them before utilizing WP-Optimize (assuming the XYZ plugin supports uncompression). This way, you should be able to see all the images in the “Uncompressed images” area without any interference between the plugins.
Anyway, thank you for bringing this situation to our attention. We weren’t previously aware of it. We will take note of it, so that our development team can explore potential improvements for enhancing the user experience in the future.
Have a good day!
