I already cleaned up the chche from W3 and the cache from my browser, but it remains the same.
From the source code, I found the image src direction is wrong（ some random meaningless string) but the data lazy src is still correct. So thank you for the reply, I will change my WordPress password and contact my server host.

After I regenerate all the thumbnails, somehow all the problems solved. The website behaves as exactly what I want it to be!
