In reply to: [Recent FB Posts] Gonfig Test OK, but plugin not workingI’ve installed it on 7 separate blogs (with 7 separate facebook addresses). Four of them work perfectly – the other three have the “No recent Facebook posts to show. Admins only notice: Did you configure the plugin properly?” message.
If I can provide any useful information or if you’d like to view the sites in question, please let me know.

In reply to: [Recent FB Posts] Gonfig Test OK, but plugin not workingSo I tried uninstalling the plug-in and re-installing it, creating a new facebook app and it still doesn’t work.
Let me know if I can try anything else.

In reply to: [Recent FB Posts] Gonfig Test OK, but plugin not workingJust set up another blog with this plugin and it works perfectly – no ryhme or reason!?

In reply to: [Recent FB Posts] Gonfig Test OK, but plugin not workingNah, that didn’t work.

In reply to: [Recent FB Posts] Gonfig Test OK, but plugin not workingNo from individual facebook pages.
I’ve set up each one with a new facebook app, copied the App ID and App Secret and the unique facebook ID – tested it using the ‘test configuration’ and that works, they just don’t show on the website!?
I might try deactivating the plugin and turning it back on again!?

In reply to: [Recent FB Posts] Gonfig Test OK, but plugin not workingIt’s not working for me either – I’ve installed it on 5 blogs, the last 2 haven’t worked – although test works OK – it still displays
‘Admins only notice: Did you configure the plugin properly?’The first 3 sites are still working though, so I assume it’s not something wrong with the plug-in – could it be something to do with Facebook itself?

In reply to: Using Wordspop Big Square – select new header imageAny recommendations for a simple portfolio theme?
Don’t really want it in a blog style.

In reply to: Turn off yellow highlight on Page linkThanks for your reply.
“I posted the answer already” – is that your previous post – I wasn’t sure what I was supposed to do with that .css you posted – especially as I couldn’t find anything that looked remotely similar in the theme style sheet I’m using!?
As you say, this is a formatting issue and best left to people who know what they’re doing!
It would be good to learn the basics though, so thanks for sending through the links…

[CSS code moderated – post a link to your site or use the pastebin]
what do I need to change?
Forum: Fixing WordPress
In reply to: Turn off yellow highlight on Page linkI think I’ve found it…
It’s separated into these sections;
0. CSS Reset & Clearfix
1. Document Setup (body, common classes, vertical rhythm, structure etc)
2. Widget Overlay
3. Sidebar Styles
4. Navigation & Menus
5. Main Content Styles
6. Post Content Styles
7. Comments
8. Pagination
9. Footer Styles
10. Page Templates
11. Widgets
12. Shortcode Styles
13. Post FormatsThe page links I’m looking to change are in the sidebar on the left and they are called ‘home’ – ‘for sale’ and ‘Contact Us’ – weirdly ‘Contact Us’ isn’t highlighted in yellow (like a highlighter pen) but the other two are!?
Thanks,
Simon
