I would like to put different kinds of plugin (facebook like etc.) on that area. However that area is not a sidebar thats why im having a lot of trouble putting widgets.

Do you have any ideas on this? By the way i remove the green box and i named it to Widget Area.

The error is fix now. The reason why i encountered an error its because my host suddenly encountered some problem. I thought that this error was due to my last log in on my websites admin page.
