The find the comments.php or comments-template.php (something like this I dont have wordpress in front of me) in your Appearance -> Editor and look for that string….

I think that you do not want comments in your website.
If it is so, find this piece of code ( or similar ) <?php comments_template('', true); ?> again in single and page and remove it!

Tell me if you have done it

Because I can’t see your page or inspect it, I suggest you to
1. download and use a random theme (through admin panel)
2. delete twenty-ten theme
3. download it again (through admin panel)
4. use it!

you will be able to remove it completely from your single.php and page.php files under Appearance -> Editor.

Did you find the index.php in Appearance -> Editor?

you should do this by creating custom fields. Then you will use them to be shown wherever you want inside your single.php file…

May I say that your page looks better with no margin-top ?

I think your .htcacces file will help you… Ask your server provider..
