Hi, I had the same problem. It’s not a mistake Leaguemanger plugin but apparently you uploaded new version of PHP, which is limited max_input_vars (1000). In the administration of my hosting I set this limit in PHP settings on (10000) and everything is OK.

The same problem after converting domain.NextGEN Gallery can not insert gallery in posts and load media reports error “HTTP Error”. Everything is resolved in the PHP settings on hosting. I enabled display_errors and everything is OK.
