as noted, you need to include the following information to get help:

1. what specifically is broken in Social Connect (eg. the buttons don’t show up or it doesn’t redirect back form Google)
2. what you did just before Social Connect stopped working (eg. activated, enabled all OpenID providers, clicked the Google login button)
3. version of the plugin
4. version of WordPress
5. list of other plugins installed
6. error messages you receive (if any)

it’s doing fine for my site, except for yahoo login, which i have to disable because it’s not working. i use theme from Philip M. Hofer (Frumph). i put it using widget, easier to do and not messing up the code.

err… thanks for your help, such a great effort from you to help. that safe_mode and open_basedir PHP sounds so technical.
i’m not sure if my webhost is going to listen though. they even locked awstats (which already preinstalled on the cpanel) from being used. i’ll try to talk to my webhost as well. i’m their new customer who never complains about things so far ??

oh.. WP Social Login mistakenly put Social Connect link on their Description link ??

It works now, not sure what i did, i was just move the widget between different sides.. ??
well, except for Yahoo login which is still not working.
