Hi guys,

If it’s to anyones help, i’ve found my issue regarding the Pop Up Maker.
It clashed with my Ditty News Ticker. Once i deactivated it, everything started working as before.

I suspect an update on the ticker or the pop up maker will make them coexist in the future without any issues regarding the Pop Up Maker.

Hi @danieliser,

It did allow them up until this moment.
The corect CSS is popmake-4091, and as such it cannot be opened, the prefix of # before the popmakes name was used to open them. I have the appropriate screenshots of them if it proves beneficial to you for resolving the issue.

On the other hand, if said issue cannot be resolved on your end, where can I turn in order to find a solution for this problem?

Can you please check my site and offer a possible solutions to the pop up malfunction. As stated previously, upon clicking on a button to open a pop up, the screen freezes and nothing appears while the name of the pop up is visible in the url above:

1. https://keypublishing.org/jhed/author-guidelines/
(under the tab ‘Abstract Submission’ – the button Submit Abstract)

2. https://keypublishing.org/jhed/volumes/volume-32/
(upon clicking on any button marked ‘Full Paper’)

Worked fine and with no issues, until the latest 5.6 wordpress update. Upon clicking on a pop up, it just generates the name of the pop up in the url, without opening a physical window on the page itself.
