I stumbled across this post of the Certificate creation and didn’t even realize the plugin has this feature because there is no indication that it does. When I read the 1st step to (Go to menu Eduma / Plugins) I can’t find that anywhere of any type and in the (LearnPress Menu) as well there isn’t a Certificate option.

How do I get the Certificate option to show up on the LearnPress Menu?

Resolution was this, I had a theme called Regency from themeforest, purchased back in 2012, it was version 1.3.3, in a 1.4.0 update it fixed a cart rate php file which displayed proper ratings in the cart during check out, I updated the theme and it started working, issue resolved.

I need some assistance, I’m running 3 of your free plugins, 1 of which doesn’t say it displays negotiated rates for the UPS, so the stamps.com and the UPS basic are the ones I’m focusing on. Here’s the issue.

None of them are showing up as a Shipping Method to place in the shipping zone for WooCommerce.

UPS Basic hence why I’m on this support forum. in debug mode it shows it’s talking to UPS, gathering information and UPS is kicking back rates and prices in the XML code, but that information is not displaying after doing a calculation on the cart. Doesn’t even show that UPS is available.
