    Thanks for your quick reply, Matt!

    Apologies for the need for clarification, but I want to be sure I’m contacting the correct person (hosting) for the correct troubleshooting before doing so :).

    The site admin email received an email saying that our new test user was created, but that test user hasn’t received an activation link. Is that something to do with the test user’s email service, the plugin, or our chosen site host?

    Nothing was in spam.
