Ok. All padding is set to zero. I can’t find a spot where it is not. I added the snippet into CSS, it moved it up slightly but not so the nav bar overlaps. I guess I’ll have to move the margin into the negative to correct the white issue.

Yes I tried all the page layouts. It still doesn’t eliminate the white space. Usually the slider/header starts at the top with the navigation bar overlapping it. Instead the navigation bar overlaps white space with a little left over until the slider/header starts. It still does it in Sydney Canvas, although it lessens the amount. Do I have to just use Elementor and make the top margin -160 to get rid of the white space? That seems odd.

No other help? Besides, of course, the info you just copy and pasted from the documentation I have already referenced because it’s almost 2 years old. Thanks for that. The product doesn’t work in any capacity except somehow for you in the cutoff video you sent me. Anything else to suggest before I remove your product and go with another one? Thanks.

Well I can’t get it to work on anything. Safari, Chrome, Firefox, IE, incognito tabs, private tabs, mobile, tablets, etc, etc. I can wait 30 seconds or 5 minutes, nothing redirects to paypal. I have no clue how it worked for you, which is baffling. I’ll see if I can get it to work, otherwise I’ll just move onto a different product. Thanks.

Ok, I updated the plugin and it still doesn’t work. It also says in the backend of WP and on the plugin page that it is v1.8.2 now, updated about an hour ago.

Are you talking about a different plugin? How could it be v2.8.3?

Make sure that you are using the latest version of the plugin. We released a new update today. – My wordpress backend and the plugin page says it is the latest version at CF7 Paypal & Stripe Add-on is v1.8.1 and CF7 v5.3.2. I will keep an eye out for the update (my site updates automatically)

Make sure your server is running PHP 5.6+. – Running 7.3+

Go to the plugins settings page. Change the redirect method to “2”. – did this before and just reset it to 2 again, still not working

The following plugins can cause problems:
Contact Form 7 – Success Page Redirects – just shows success message, no redirects set (except for paypal add-on which still isn’t working)
Contact Form 7 Redirection – no redirects set
Contact Form 7 Captcha – no captcha set
Contact Form Submissions – not familiar with this plugin, don’t have it
CF7 Smart Grid Design Extension – don’t have this

I’ll keep an eye out for the update, but currently the paypal redirect used to work and now still doesn’t.

I am not using any of those or have any installed.

When you submit the form, the WP form submission note “thank you for submitting” pops up within a second under the form. That’s it. No lag, hang, or spinning circles on the page or in the tab.
Before, it would show the thank you note then immediately redirect to the paypal page.

I agree. But I haven’t heard back from them at all in over 24 hours, so I was hoping maybe someone could help me here. Had to try all options, I was pulling my hair out! Haha. Have a good one WPyogi!

This was using Backupbuddy. The Backupbuddy and Importbuddy files completed successfully and were downloadable in the backend of WordPress. But after installing the .zip and .php to the host server and then going to xxxxxx.com/importbuddy.php, to install the site from dev server to new hosting, the files wouldn’t unzip and go past step 1.
