Hey @cflintnwo
Thank you for confirming that today’s fix addressed the issue.
@marisa2023 would you mind updating to version 1.9.1.3 if you have not done so already? This bug is now resolved.
Have a good one! ??Hey @envisiondesign
We haven’t heard back from you in a few days, so I’m going to go ahead and close this thread for now. But if you’d like us to assist further, please feel welcome to continue the conversation.

Hey @marisa2023
Thank you for reaching out and sorry for the trouble caused by this issue.
We have identified the cause of the update notification issue and our team is working on a new update to address this issue. I will share an update once this is ready. Just to clarify, the most recent update was deployed to address a different conflict that arose after the 1.9.1.1 update:1.9.1.2
Fixed: There was a conflict with the WooCommerce Subscriptions plugin.We appreciate your patience and understanding as we work to get the fix out.
Thank you!Hey @cgc87320,
It looks like you are using the Onepress theme and it should be possible to edit this page using the page builder and hide the address box. Alternatively, you can add the following CSS to your site to hide this section:#contact > div > div.row > div:nth-child(2){
visibility: hidden;
}And in case it helps, here’s a tutorial on how to add custom CSS like this to your site.
Hope this helps!
Hey @swizzlestick
Thank you so much for bringing this to our attention and providing the detailed information and stack trace. I completely understand your concern, especially when managing a large number of subscriptions – that kind of disruption is definitely stressful.
We were made aware of this issue earlier on and our team quickly investigated and released a fix in version 1.9.1.2, so this shouldn’t happen moving forward. While I understand you’ve decided to move away from using WPForms on this particular site, I really appreciate you taking the time to share your experience with us. If you decide to revisit the plugin in the future or need assistance with anything else, please don’t hesitate to reach out.
Thanks again, and I’m glad to hear things are back to normal for you!
Hey @techsoldd
I have just gotten word from our team and they have confirmed that this file was intentionally removed since we dropped the support for WordPress 5.2 – 5.4. In case your site is running an older WordPress version, I would encourage you to update. However if you are on WordPress v 5.5 or higher, doing a fresh install of the plugin should be able to fix this warning.
Please let me know how this goes. ??Hi @envisiondesign,
This is very odd! Could you please confirm if creating a new page or post on your site works or it reports the same error?
If not, it is possible that there might be a conflict between the forms and the site theme or another plugin. To troubleshoot this, please try the steps described in our detailed guide on how to test for plugin/theme conflicts.Hope this helps!
Hey @techsoldd,
Thank you for reaching out and sorry for the trouble.
I have just tried to update on two installs but I could not reproduce this warning after updating from version 1.9.0.4.
Would you mind doing a fresh install by deleting the current version and installing WPForms from the Plugins > Add new page and let me know if the issue will still be reproduced?
In the meantime, I have notified our team about the missing file and I wll get back to you with more details.
Thank you!Hey @cgc87320
Thank you for reaching out and welcome to the forum!
To better understand how the icon is embedded on the page, would you mind sharing a link to the form so that I can take a look and further advise?
Thank you!Hey @laetitia-godet
Currently we don’t have a feature to send notifications in PDF format. I’ve made a note of the feature request and we’ll keep it on our radar to be reviewed as we plan out our roadmap for the future.
However with the paid version, you can create CSV attachments and send them in the notification. As this feature is part of the paid version of WPForms, could you please drop us a line through our contact page when you get the chance?You’re welcome to just include a link to this post, if you’d prefer to do that.
Thank you for the suggestion!
Hey @zak23,
Thank you for reaching out!
You can set a custom breakpoint for breaking into single columns using the following filter:add_filter( 'wpforms_frontend_enqueue_css_layout_field_viewport_breakpoint', static function() {
return 768;
} );It also looks like you are using the paid version of WPForms. If you have an active license subscription with us, and you need additional help, could you please submit a support ticket through the WPForms account dashboard when you have a chance??
From there, our support team will be able to take a closer look at your request.
Thanks!
Hey @harryfear
I’m sorry for the delay. Our team has reviewed the issue and we have confirmed that the issue is unrelated to the antispam settings. However, we have noted down that the current approach in handling expired nonces needs an update and this has been noted down. We’ll be working on a fix for this and I will keep you posted.
Thank you!Hey @taiswebsites,
I wanted to let you know that we have just released version 1.9.1.1 of WPForms that contains a fix for this issue. Would you mind updating if you have not done so already and letting us know if you bump into any other issues?
