Thank you for your help.
P.S. the plug-in is being picked up as a Bot (0.0) on the WordFence reCAPTCHA Score History.
Hi Peter,
First I want to thank you for your support. I appreciate it. You have been a big help.
Bluehost says they are having issues with their Free CloudFlare and not to use it. Rather go to CloudFlare itself, create an account and use it from there. I will look into this in the coming week or so (my sites or small and local).
Thank you again.
It works, yeah. It took a while but, finally (just last night), Bluehost was able to find the issue.
I truly do appreciate your help and response.
Do you know if using Bluehost free CDN will cause any issues. I cannot Whitelist any IP addresses with they free version.
Thank you again,
Thank you for your feedback.
I’m looking at it now. I’m going to number the steps for easier trouble shooting.
1) Connection Issues Tab is clear – There wasn’t any
2) There is a connectivity issue
wp_remote_post() test back to this server failed! Response was: cURL error 60: SSL certificate problem: unable to get local issuer certificate
3) Cleared all Wordfence Central connection Data
4) The connectivity issue is still there
5) When I go to the Dashboard it says ‘Reconnect This Site’ so I don’t think it is fully cleared everything.
6) I get the same error.I’m not sure it isn’t a Incapsula or CDN issue. This is a service provided for free by Blue Host and I don’t see how to add Whitelist or Allow options? I turn it off and will check again tomorrow.
Thank you for getting back to me. The site I’m working on uses Wordfence

Free
. I will try your suggestion today and let you know what happens.
Thank you again.
If I get premium do you think someone could help? I’d prefer not to pay for it and it still doesn’t work.

In reply to: Can’t uninstall JetpackSo far I’ve worked with four different BlueHost support people. Each has told me problem solved and the Plug-In has been removed.
It always comes back within an hour.

In reply to: Can’t uninstall JetpackI’ve use the File Manager and went to the Plug-In directory to make sure there is not Jetpack directory/folder. Should I be looking somewhere else?
I’m going to call BlueHost again tonight, but I can’t figure out why this keeps reappearing.
User error.
I think I got my plug-ins mixed up.
Sorry about that

In reply to: Uninstalling WPBakeryAs I said above, I’m helping someone out and as such I don’t have an account to open a ticket.
I thought I could, perhaps, get some advice and help from users of WPBakery or more experienced WordPress users.

In reply to: Uninstalling WPBakeryI was looking at that and didn’t see anything on uninstall. I know there are a lot of options on that page. Can you give me a more specific link?
